LITTLE ABOUT ME
26, Born & raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. I started dancing competitively at Utah Dance Artists, training in Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, Ballroom, Tap, Hip-Hop and Modern. I finished my High School education on a Pre-Professional company; The Principal Company at the Winner School in Salt lake City, UT, directed by Ashley Butler. In 2015 I moved to New York City to further my dance training at American Musical and Dramatic Academy College of the Performing Arts. Where I sang, acted and danced. This is where my true love for New York City, Dance Theatre, Broadway & Jazz began. I moved back home to Utah to finish my dance degree at Utah Valley University in Modern Dance, where I was able to perform with the Contemporary Dance Ensemble Directed by Monica Cambpell for two years. During this time I was privileged to work with amazing professionals & made life lasting friendships. I have performed professionally at Hale Center Theatre located in Sandy, Utah including; Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Singin’ In The Rain, The Little Mermaid & Hello Dolly. I have also enjoyed interviewing other artists for my podcast “C.L.I.C” where we discuss many topics surrounding our industry & our passion for our craft. I am hoping to spread more love & light on artists who haven’t had the chance to speak on the hardships & beauties of our industry.
My Mission Statement As A Dance Teacher
“Nothing fulfills me more than being able to give back to the dance community. I want to help dancers find their own voice and confidence knowing that their dreams really can come true with hard work & passion. I truly believe dance can heal lots of wounds. I want my students to not only shine on stage, but in life.”
